This is my Nana M. 10 weeks ago she had a stroke, and couldn’t stand up unassisted for a minute. Now she is walking in her garden without a walker or cane. (some of the time, sometimes she needs help)

10 weeks ago she was only released from the hospital because I was at her house to help out. Now she still needs some help, but she was cutting up the onions, and making the salad for dinner.

My heart is full. My life is busy running errands, too ;)

About Me: I'm a Mom living a busy life with my husband, 3 girls (10, 8, 5), Celiac Disease, homeschooling, Chronic Lyme Disease which acts like Fibromyalgia, 2 dogs, 1 puppy, 1 cat, and a lot of books & computers in a house up the hill from a New England beach. We eat great, homecooked, allergy safe food due to our food allergies & sensitivities. In my copious free time, I'm writing a book about dairy-free eating, plus I update our web pages, and read.
