Adapted from several different online pages to be dairy-free. This is a great way for kids to make ice cream, too!
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/3 cup sugar (heaping)
- 1 tsp vanilla
put the above in a quart-size ziploc
in a gallon ziploc put 2 trays worth of ice and 6 TBS kosher salt.
put smaller bag inside larger bag and shake for several minutes. Cut a corner off in a little while and eat soft-serve ice cream! yummy fun!
