Crab Cakes
These are a lot like one of the first recipes on this page – Salmon Cakes. I bet you could do it with tuna or another canned fish too.
- 4 cans crab (to make them look better, you can use 1 can lump, but it works fine with 4 cans of cheap crab)
- 1/3 cup bean flour (approximately)
- kosher salt
- Old Bay seasoning
- 1 egg, whisked
season crab to taste. mix in bean flour and egg.
heat pan with canola oil in it (just enough to cover).
form into patties on a soup spoon, and cook until crispy on the bottom, then flip (about 3-4min/side)
