Hi, I am eager to try these, but I am confused by the ingredients and instruction, there is no baking powder in the ingredients list, but the directions say to add it, but there is the xanthan gum in the ingredients, but not in the directions.. Which should I be adding?

thanks

I want to try the recipe for "Easiest banana Muffins Ever". I have a question about the flour. I have Bette Hagman's flour mix - do I just use 2 cups of this flour - do I still need the starch? The recipes says about using 1 1/3 cups flour and 2/3 cups starch - Do I use this? What kind of starch? I am new to this way of baking. You can email me at: Tickletheivories45@verizon.net. Have a great day!
