		<description>Yeahhh! I am a huge fan of casseroles myself for the same reason. I've never seen a quioa casserole recipe before, I'm so excited. (This probably won't matter in the end since my kids have declined the last 3 quinoa dishes I have served them, But I've still got a big bag of it and by golly I'm gonna use it!) Thank you for this recipe.</description>
