		<description>So I did make the mistake of leaving out the carrots! (of all things), but when I baked just the dough, it never cooked through. any suggestions? I could have baked it all night and it would still have been gooey/gummy inside. tasted good, but too gooey.  I&#039;m new to gluten free cooking, so any tips would be great! I wouldn&#039;t think it was just the carrots....Thanks!</description>
