I bought the 'yellow' cake mix BECAUSE that one excluded 'soy' in the 'ingredients'! .....That being said......I baked it for a 77year old's birthday......I only tried one small piece.....and HAD a SEVERE allergic REACTION!!! (Even though Soy was excluded in the INGREDIENTS, it had the ever present remark on the pkg that "may contain soy".......BUT it WASN'T IN the INGREDIENTS!!! WHAT GOOD IS A GF PRODUCT if IT's NO DIFFERENT THAN EVER OTHER PRODUCT ON THE MARKET.......EVERYTHING HAS SOY IN IT!!!!!! I'm DIsappointed BUT NOT surprised!!! I am Really disappointed in the Betty Crocker line of GF mixes!!!
