Stateside, you could try a soy pudding, perhaps?  Hopefully you will have a cup or so of leftover eggnog. Soak some nice dry bread in it, and cook in a medium heat skillet until &quot;set&quot;, and you have some great french toast!  It was my five-year old&#039;s first time having french toast and the verdict was.... &quot;may I have seconds, please??&quot;</description>

		<description>thanks a lot! i had a baby 3 weeks ago who has been hospitalized 3 times in her short stint here on earth, all due to dairy, soy and whey. so i am cutting these out of my diet, and it is brutal out there trying to find yummy recipes to accomidate all three allergies. i appreciate the substitution information so much! thanks a bunch!</description>
