Garlic Crock Pot Roast

Easy Peasy, and oh so yummy!

Ingredients:

  • 2-3lb roast

  • 8+ cloves garlic, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 jar garlic peppers

Method:

place roast in crock pot. dump other ingredients on top. Cook on low for about 8 hours.

use an infusion blender to blend sauce together after removing roast for slicing. pour sauce over roast.

Yum!
