I’m a divorced (and now engaged) mom to 3 daughters who are currently 15, 13, and 10. We have a lot of kids coming in and out of our house, and they seem to like the food! At minimum, they eat a lot of it. We’re the house with good snacks.
My motto is, “this isn’t just good food for a special diet, it’s Good Food”! Why not eat well despite your dietary restrictions? We have been dairy free since 1999, and gluten free since 2003, following a gfcf diet until 2008. We have also (along our way) lived free of citrus, eggs, soy, corn, and currently berries. We’ve always eaten well, though!
Our recipes are delicious, family-friendly meals, which happen to be gluten free, wheat free, and berry free. Most recipes are gfcf and either free of the other top allergens (peanut, nut, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, soy, corn), or can be adapted to be free of those ingredients. Please check ingredients on any prepackaged foods, including cans and bottles – brands change formulations all the time. If we give specific brand suggestions, those products have worked for our family at the time the recipe was written – always double-check!

Many of our recipes are also Low Carb. Most non-baking recipes can be made Low Carb with minimal changes.
